By subject prefix

  • [Consult] — to book or rearrange a 1-on-1 with Dr. NRS. Use the consult form if you can; email is fine if you cannot.
  • [Refund] — refund request for a paid product. Include the order number from Gumroad or Razorpay.
  • [Press] — for journalists, podcasters, and editorial reach-outs. Bio + headshots at /press.
  • [Right to Death Act] — vets, lawyers, parliamentarians, welfare organisations interested in the legislative proposal at /mission.
  • [Editorial] — pitches, corrections, or suggestions for the blog.
  • [Privacy] — data access, correction, or deletion requests.
  • [Bug] — anything broken on the site.
  • [Other] — when none of the above applies.

What we cannot do over email

  • We cannot diagnose your animal. Please do not send case histories asking us to recommend euthanasia. The editorial framework is on the blog; clinical decisions belong with your treating vet.

  • We cannot recommend specific local vets. When we are confident in a directory, we will publish it.

  • Refunds and bugs: within 24 hours.
  • Consult bookings: within 24 hours, usually faster.
  • Press, editorial, Right-to-Death Act: within 72 hours.
  • Privacy requests: within 7 business days.
